Ubicado en Aromo, una nueva comunidad cerrada exclusiva con solo 6 townhomes y 3 solares con vistas al océano impresionantes y rodeado de montañas. Está a solo unos minutos del club de playa Reserva Conchal y de la magnífica y blanca arena de Playa Conchal.
Importante: por favor ten en consideración que una propiedad vecina está iniciando construcción, así que queremos que estés informado de antemano.
Planeando pasar todo el día en la playa, puedes conducir 5 minutos hasta The Beach Club en tu coche o utilizar el servicio de transporte gratuito bajo demanda, que vendrá directamente al condominio a recogerte - en cualquier momento de 7:00am a 10:00pm.
Si necesita limpieza diaria, podemos arreglarlo con un costo adicional. También podemos encargarnos de que compren sus comestibles y los entreguen en el condominio, así como un chef personal, instructor de yoga, lo que quiera, ¡para que pueda relajarse y ser consentido!
Además de disfrutar de la lujosa casa adosada, nuestros huéspedes tendrán acceso gratuito a:
- Acceso al exclusivo Reserva Conchal Beach Club, con acceso directo a la hermosa Playa Conchal. En el Beach Club encontrarás un restaurante con una variedad de opciones, un gimnasio y diversos servicios.

Nuestro departamento de housekeeping proporciona un servicio profesional de calidad, siguiendo protocolos de limpieza y desinfección y reforzando la tranquilidad y satisfacción de cada uno de nuestros huéspedes. Es un equipo de personal cualificado que utiliza productos de la mejor calidad, realizando un control riguroso en cada rincón de la unidad, con especial atención a los elementos de alto contacto. A su llegada, encontrará la unidad perfectamente preparada y verificada por nuestro equipo.
Los espacios públicos en los edificios como la entrada, ascensores y botones de ascensor y baños públicos se desinfectan profunda y frecuentemente.

I loved the unit! Was new with nothing broken and exactly as described!! Easy to find way to get to the beach with a car, golf cart or shuttle. Occ answered any of my questions right away and addressed them all efficiently and quickly.
